This is such a beautiful table top clock! I have always preferred Howard Miller as I have found them to be a reliable company, and have several other wall clocks by them that have endured quite well.

I posted a request for a return and am waiting for a reply. Alarm can not be heard. Time set knob falls out. Time can not be set as per the instructions. Cheap unreliable mechanics. Not worth the money or time spent with it. Junk.

Pretty clock -- alarms in these clocks do not last for more than a couple of years, at the most. Battery supplied by manufacturer does not work. Clock itself is high quality and deserves a better quality alarm, as well as a functioning battery.
