First, I was amazed at how very quickly the frame arrived!! Very impressive! The product was exactly as described/pictured, and the embroidery piece I created fits and looks perfect. Finally, I was able to re-use the inner and outer mailing packaging, to send it out, safely, by UPS, as a gift to my daughter. A great Wayfair experience on every level.
