The wood is very thick that the canvas is stretched over. The frame from the front looks great but from the back you can see theres hairline cracks that I hope don't get worse. It's a perfect size for over the bed. I like the way the canvas is inset into the frame, which I took a picture of so you get a closer view. It looks fantastic. Great quality for the price.
