Castiglia Single Image Picture Frame

Several problems with this frame. First, the mounting bracket in the back is recessed a full inch! You're going to need some very long specialized screws, blocks, spacers or something to hang it. Secondly - and for me more importantly - the matte is not as it's pictured on the website. Instead of being equal width on all sides it's disproportionately wider at the top and bottom - specifically not what I was looking for and why I skipped past so many other options. Thirdly, while overall it has a satisfactory aesthetic, the frame is made of a very thin veneer - almost like a sticker - that partially wraps around the underlying particle board - and the cheapness shows particularly in the seams and gashes/imperfections.

Looks fine but the mat color is off for what I need. I thought it would be whiter. Will have to get another mat. Very lightweight
