Matte Velvet Pillow Cover (Set of 2)

The pillows are beautiful.they are very soft and comfortable .

The pillow covers I ordered were turquoise. The color received was pale aqua. I cannot return the item because I'm told it is an open box item. On the description of the item there is are the words "Open Box". But here is no explanation of what is an open box and no indication that the item is therefore not returnable. The item was received in a sealed pink thick plastic outer bag and a clear plastic sealed inner bag. Open Box is not addressed in the general Return Policy.
