Very nicely made, with plump stuffing but not too hard. As biking weather approaches, this makes me smile.

I purchased this pillow with the down filling. It has quickly become my favorite, it is so soft and cozy! Love it.

Sent me the wrong color. I reached out to customer service and asked to be sent the correct color. Initially I was offered a 20% refund. I declined. I asked to be sent the correct color, and the customer service person agreed to this. They said I can donate or dispose of the original pillow that was sent (which was a wrong color)…. Great!!! Or so I thought…..Well, roughly a week later I get a package and it’s the wrong color AGAIN. The replacement pillow they also sent me appears used. It looks dirty with the logo cracked with a sketchy tag…I wasted $20+ on a product I did not want. This was the first time I purchased from this website and it will 100% be the last. I will make sure to tell everyone to avoid this website. Thanks for nothing.
