The picture itself is very pretty. However, it arrived unwrapped in a box. No packing or wrapping at all. The picture is creased. The frame is just ugly. It looks like coarse animal hair texture. I contacted Wayfair and they said I have to return the item in order to get a replacement. Not sure I’m willing to take a chance again since it was just thrown in a box to begin with. TBD if I keep this.

Looks like this was returned before as it had hole repairs in the frame. Overall the quality was sub par for even a Motel 6.
