The pillow was soft and a deep rust...but it didn't come with an insert as the title says. ?? I had one available so not a real problem and I do like the look.

A little on the pricey side, but I love the soft chenille. The seams are well-sewed and the pillow is puffy and soft. 4 stars because it seemed a bit pricey for the value. But it is decent quality so overall a good pillow.

Very cheap! The cover is so thin and already looking bare in some spots. Lots of threads coming apart. Insert small so cover is not completely filled.

I really appreciate all the hoops customer service jumped through to get my pillows to me. However, the description says the pillows are polyfiber filled and all I got was empty pillow covers. It's a bit outrageous to pay almost $28 for an empty pillow.
