It was perfect

I’d give zero stars if I could. To call it “Shabby Chic” would be an insult to shabby. If you’re looking for a craft project fine. The wood is very rough feeling, the paint job is disastrous (I’ve seen dogs do better paintings), it has nail holes from where the frame was air nailed together that I now have to fill in. Basically, I have to put the holes and gouges. Then I have to sand it down. Then I’m going to have to paint it. Never mind that the metal in the center portion has a half inch gap between the small wood and the top metal portion. The screws are about halfway in. You can’t screw it in any tighter because obviously the metal is not large enough to fit into the space if that makes sense. I absolutely do not recommend and I suggest you search elsewhere. It is a cheap piece of trash that I wasted my money on and now I have to fix it up. It didn’t even come with mounting hardware attached. I had to go and buy mounting hardware. Ridiculous. 

Needed something to fill my long entryway wall. This is just right! It has rustic distressing, so don't expect perfection.

Love everything with a rustic look, I choose to hang mine horizontally

Love it. Exactly what I wanted. Sturdy, easy to hang, and very decorative. Glad I got it and would recommend to others.
