Abdulkadyr Wood Wall Mirror

I have no idea if this mirror is great or awful, but what is most definitely awful is FedEx for its perennially incompetent mishandling in transit and for Wayfair for their truly appalling customer service. Wayfair has perfected its incredible mastery of customer abuse. The repeated message from so-called customer serviceagents (live, not virtual!) is “due to our system-wide issues with retrieving customer account records, we ask that you REACH OUT once our system-wide issue is resolved…” at some unknown point in the future, or “just feel free to call us” at a number that is secret and you cannot find no matter how hard you try once the fake issue is resolved …. And so on, ad infinitum. So, bottom line, is that when something goes wrong, Wayfair will put you on a merry-go-round of frustration, force you to “reach out” multiple times, send endless photos, and keep repeating over and over and over again to each new chat agent. If you try to call the number they give you, your wait time will also be endless. If you choose a call-back, you’ve chosen to just drop the issue because they don’t call back. I doggedly stuck with it and after over 2.5 hours of cumulative time over two days, the third chat agent at long last did what I agreed to do in the first chat to get the problem resolved. UPDATE: We’ll, the replacement mirror arrived and this time, while it is acceptable condition, it is NOT what I ordered at all! The product is shown in the description as a vertical-mounted wall hanging mirror. The one I received is engineered to hand horizontally, which is NOT as described and not what I agreed to purchase. Wayfair now wants ME to pay for return shipping.

Absolutely love my new mirror. If I didn't know any better, I'd think it was made specifically for the Kepner 6 Drawer Dresser I purchased it for.
