I ordered two of this mirror and both arrived with damages. But my complaint is primarily about Wayfair's return process which Wayfair made so complicated that's designed for you to fail to go thru. After I clicked the return button and selected the # of items (2) being returned, you have to choose Main Issue under dropdown but you can only choose one. In my case I have 2 of the same mirrors with different damages. I selected one anyway and selected where the damages are (this you are allowed to select more than once from the dropdown menu. Then you are asked to describe the damages and upload images, so I reopened the boxes, took photos and uploaded. I can live with everything up to this point despite that's a lot of work. Then the next screen, there is option to do a straight return, you have to select the option of having Wayfair team help you and a chat box popped up. But you can't type or send anything in the chat box, despite it's still during their chat team's operation hours. Am I frustrated? of course. Will I give up returning? Absolutely NOT, and will not buy from Wayfair ever again.

Lighted mirror when up well according to the electrician. We really like the way it looks. The lighting is distinctive and allows for the different shades of light. Product is of an exceptional quality with a sturdy frame around the edge for durability.

I was expecting more. It looks “plasti-ky” and feels the same way. I hope it lasts for more than a Year.

I ordered two mirrors for my double vanity, and although they have not been hung yet, I’m awaiting delivery of tiles, I love the way they look. They came solidly packed with no damage and I particularly like the backlit lighting.
