delivery was a nightmare two days of multiple calls to Wayfair to FedEx back to Wayfair back to FedEx. Everybody was lovely said they finished in the hat help me and then the next person would call and say no they didn’t do it right and they can’t do it now. I will do it. Déjà vu every call. Wasted two days waiting for a delivery that should be simple. Package came, and it was completely falling apart at the bottom of the box. The two round pots that the trees are in were both clamming and flattened on one side, so they look terrible. Not useful to me as they were supposed to match other others and now they don’t. A waste of time and money. Staff were very helpful and friendly, but nobody was competent. It took two days for them to straighten out a simple delivery.
