It is not the quality of the sign. It was the fact that when I had it personalized it just said to add the name. I assumed they would add the Apostrophe S as advertised in all of the sign examples. My reads Frank Basement Bar. Bad grammar. I reached out to customer service and they said the computer doesn’t understand to add the apostrophe S and there was nothing they could do. There wasn’t an option to preview the sign before purchasing. They suggested I look for a local artist to fix it. I am upset because I order a lot from Wayfair. Next time I will go through Etsy which has small shop owners who reach out to make sure your product is correct. This was part of a whole bar and barstool set we bought my husband for his 50th. Disappointing.

This bar sign was exactly as expected! I totally loved it! It was a custom sign and I was surprised that it was delivered so quickly. Love it!
