Leenora Wood Picture Frame

Beautiful solid frame!

Would not cancel order and then want to charge me 40 to ship back to them I ordered 2 frames and changed my mind because I found 2 others which would work better with the room design. Requested a cancellation from Wayfair within 24 hours of ordering and received an email re cancellation request. 3 hours later, I received an email that Wayfair would not cancel the order. Only 25 minutes after that, I received a shipping notification email that the frames had shipped. Wayfair will not wave the 40 return shipping cost even though I tried to save them money by cancelling the order in the first place. Even the customer service rep (who was very kind) could not wave the fee. Very disappointed and inconvenienced over this. Not buying again from Wayfair.

Glass on two of the frames I ordered arrived shattered. The backing board is only a step above cardboard. Very disappointed in this product. Proper hardboard backing would have cost the manufacturer pennies.

Frame was not stained or finished in backside. There was some overlapping stain, but it did not cover all of the frame. To me, this looked shoddy & cheap. I was disappointed to place the artwork I had had rendered in this frame. Only salvation was that the back will face a wall!

Just what I wanted. Picture looks great in this frame.
