The first time it came wrong, I called and submitted a report and then they send the parts that were missing. It took double of time but it looks very nice!

When fully extended, the rod doesn't support heavy curtains and causes the rod to sag, so we purchased 2 additional curtain rod mounting brackets to support the additional weight. Beautiful and very functional, just needed more support.
