design was good, could use more stuffing

The pillow is low quality and looks very cheap. I could have found the same quality at discount store. I tried to return it, but was told I could keep the item and receive a $3.39 refund...after paying $30.99 for the item. Due to the disappointing return policy, it is clear that Wayfair does not support customer satisfaction. I will no longer risk purchasing items sight unseen from their website. The "love it or return it" policy only applies if you are willing to lose money anytime you are unhappy with a purchase.
