Bovee Engineered Wood Flat Wall Mirror

This mirror is well made…heavy. I wanted real wood and clean lines and it is exactly what I wanted for my master bath. Looks perfect.

I originally ordered 2 of these mirrors with only one arriving on good condition. I then reordered the second mirror only to get another damaged mirror. The clips attached to the frame are not folded down so the glass is not secured against the frame.

I received a mirror that arrived completely shattered, which I believe was due to the delivery process rather than the manufacturer. However, the experience of resolving the issue with Wayfair and the manufacturer was very frustrating. Initially, my inquiries went unanswered. When I finally received a response, I was told I had to return the broken item—a box full of shattered glass—to FedEx, which almost refused it due to safety concerns. Wayfair insisted that the item had to be returned before they would issue a refund. After a long and frustrating process of minimal communication and unnecessary hurdles, I finally received my refund. The whole experience was far more difficult and time-consuming than it needed to be.

I’m not happy. All 4 corners are not to  gather For the money I pay for this mirror it not worth it
