Bought this open box wall decor for our bedroom update. It was originally brown, so I painted it white to coordinate with the decor.

I bought the brown finish sculpture. I hung it in my bathroom on my tub wall and I ♥️ it! The warm washed wood plays beautifully against my Shiitake accent wall, white tub, and especially my oil rubbed bronze dark tub hardware. It gives that side of the tub a layered, collected, organic-spa feeling rather than simply “art hung on a wall.” The carving also brings in exactly the sort of natural texture i wanted to introduce in my bathroom. It looks considerably more refined than I thought it would.

I paired this piece with another one I bought on Wayfair. I have a very tall wall and really liked the white against the black.

It’s very light (10lbs), easy to hang. It’s a great quality, reasonably priced piece of wall decor. I love it so much, I’m buy one for my bathroom too. Wait till you see that picture!

This piece isn’t real wood. It’s made from wood like particle ofMDF. And for that reason it’s heavy. Mine gets lost on white wall because there isn’t enough distress showing. I may paint it or sand it more. Mine had a powdery film all over that needed to be wiped off. Iassume from sanding. The mounting hardware is too close to the edge so the picture hanger shows. I’m not impressed and not what I was expecting, but it would be a major pain to return as it’s heavy and big.
