72'' Birch Tree in Terracotta Pot

I ordered two of these beautiful 7 ft Birch Trees on advise from my designer. The boxes came crushed and there was rattling in one. We refused delivery on those boxes just because of the damage of the boxes. Now they have been shipped back and I am being charged $79 for shipping. The accountability should be, first, on the sender or vendor, who packed these expensive items in flimsy boxes. Then next, the shipper should be made accountable. I should not have to accept damage goods. It is Wayfair's job to qualify their vendors. Update: Wayfair did listen to my complaint and was refunded all but $5.

The item is okay. The other reviews regarding quality and the bark looking fake are accurate. For the price, seems like they should have done better.

From far away it looks okay, up close it’s obvious that it’s a poorly wrapped paper around the stems to make it look like river birch. Severely disappointed and not nearly worth the price.

This was purchased for a clients media room. We needed something to fill a corner and loved the natural and organic feel of this birch tree. It is made quite well but I wished it was just a bit taller and a wee bit fuller. Overall, we are happy with it, it is unique and softens the room. Looks as pictured.

Absolutely gorgeous. Exactly like picture. The concrete pot is everything. Very realistic. Packaged very well. Worth EVERY PENNY!!!!
