This was an open box purchase and I expected the box to be opened and/or damaged, which it was. I truly love this piece of art but when I opened the damaged box, Iwas surprised to find the wood was also damaged with two long 15" cracks. One on the top piece and one on the bottom piece of wood. The problem is that the wood used is very thin, cheap and flimsy. While trying to repair it with wood glue and a vice grip , my husband broke another piece off. Like I said, the wood is too fragile!!!

Beautiful piece of artwork on light weight piece of wood. I recommend this piece be placed in a well-lit room as the tones are a little on the darker side.
