" Autumn Creek " 3 - Pieces

This is actually a beautiful vibrant piece of art. I have actually purchased this particular print in the past in a single panel and smaller- 28x42. We have just remodeled and the original piece no longer fits in its location. I loved this piece by ‘Brems’ however. While being a somewhat concrete image, it is also a playful and stylized abstract subject of leaves tumbling through a stream likely in fall. The vibrant colours are so lovely! So I purchased it as three panels in a much larger size to go up our vaulted stairway. I am really happy with the effect as it pulls the colours of our adjacent living room, entrance and loft together really nicely. While I love this print and the stretched canvas is well constructed and square, the quality of the print is not as good in this piece as the first one. ( the first one I purchased was in a south facing front room for three years and the colours are still far more vibrant than this new one. The colours are a bit washed out and dulled relative to the first print. I almost wonder if enlarging the piece is the cause of the poor pigmentation. My recommendation is yes- buy “Autumn Creek” but stick to a maximum size of 28 x 40. Larger than this will not likely get you the vibrant colours depicted in the website.
