The frames I ordered were large. 19”x25”. They were packed well and were perfect on delivery. They look great with the portraits and mattes that I added. To put the portrait in the frame, 1. Bend the metal back holders as directed to release the cardboard back. 2. Tilt the backing up on one side, if you are adding a matte, (not included) put that in first, facedown. 3. Put the picture in, facedown, making sure it’s centered and straight. 4. Bend the metal back holders in a way that secures the back without crushing it.

Very low quality, the back is just a piece of cardboard and the plexiglass is very thin. In addition the top is slightly too small so the print doesnt even fit.
