I was less then impressed with the way this item was packaged for shipping! Just wrapped it in a plastic bag and dropped it in a cardboard box, taped it shut. Really, well guess how it showed up at my home... NOT READY TO HANG! It is broken... duh!! I have had less fragile things packed in foam corners suspended so NOTHING could harm it while in en route to my home. The entire corner of the frame is broken off. *** I WOULD LIKE TO ADD A FOLLOW UP **** JossMain CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!! THEY WORKED SO EFFECTIVELY AND WITH ME AND SWIFTLY MET MY NEEDS!
