I've got it assembled and working well...but...as others have indicated, the design of the plug in the bottom of the fountain, through which the power cord runs, is absurd. It comes with a bit of plumbers putty, which is supposed to create a waterproof seal around the cord, but doesn't stand a chance of doing so. You'll likely have to use silicone and it's a sloppy, messy application. Absolutely Beautiful!!! I'm a 75-year-old, creature of habit. That being said, I need my surroundings to be a certain way. I'm also a writer. When writing my lighting has to be soft, my music shoothing and my water fall flowing. Well, my waterfall stopped working. This fountain is beautiful just like the picture. It was packaged securely and delivered promptly. The fountain was delivered on a wood crate that wouldn’t fit through our gate so the delivery people were able to separate the fountain and base and move it in place. This was the best purchase I could have done for my outdoor she-cave. It brought tremendous beauty and was simple to put together. Im so happy with this fountain. Since its winter and its under a protected environment, it still gets cold enough to freeze here. A friend recommended adding vodka to the water to keep it from freezing. I love this purchase.
