Frame is a high quality composite wood called Bonanza Wood from Framerica. A solid material with a very smooth surface. These eco-friendly Bonanza Wood frames provide the finish and look of solid wood at a fraction of the price. About 9 million tons of residual wood each year are collected, cleaned and milled to uniform-size particles. In an automated and computer-controlled process, the combination is formed under intense heat and pressure.
