Even though the video killed the radio star, we love the 80s!  A decade of big hair, synth-pop, cassettes, and fashion still influences the runway today. Cheech!  We also love the tech-inspired, slightly gaudy electronics from this period, so we had sweet dreams of creating our take on an 80s entertainment system.  Introducing the sweet child of ours: the Eclipse. The Eclipse is a complete 3-speed turntable audio system right out of the box. Just plug and play your favourite 33 1/3, 45, and 78 RPM vinyl records, cassettes, AM/FM radio stations, and CDs. Because technology has improved a little bit in the past 30 years, you can also play music loaded on an SD card, or thumb drive, and stream your digital music thanks to a built-in Bluetooth receiver. Word!  We even included remote control for you to use when you're dancing in the dark. Don't have a cow! Of course, you can make mixtapes as well. Needless to say, the Eclipse is butter, baby!

This awesome turntable looks like it came right out of your hip uncle’s teenage bedroom. 1975 is ready to rock and roll all night and party every day right out of the box. Unpack, connect the matching speakers, plugin, throw on your favourite vinyl, adjust the bass/tremble, and crank it up. Play 33 1/3 and 45 RPM records, Cds, or even tune in to your favourite AM/FM radio stations. Of course, we had to include a built-in Bluetooth receiver as well, so you can listen to all of your favourite digital music wirelessly. If the neighbours ever bang on the wall, don’t worry, there’s always a headphone jack you can use, but not without reminding them, “if it’s too loud, you’re too old!”

1st day of use, just set it up. So far I am impressed with the features and sound. Easy set up and connection to my phone for bluetooth listening. Sound is clear on CD's and easy to preset my FM channels. Doesn't have AM radio. Remote did not have AAA batteries with it but it works from a good distance away. So far all is well. The VU meters are visibly working but really show when I am playing it loudly. Love the retro look. I remember equipment like this when I was young. Very simple to use and the directions are easy to follow. Has a clock in it to set also. Update: I am still enjoying my CD player.
