Machine Made Glass Cube Vase Blue-4.70"H
This has not gone well for me. I placed the order based on the listing only to be told that the listing was incorrect and would not be fulfilled. The listing said that it was $46.99 for a set of 12 vases. I work at a church and we have an event that we will need 90 vases for so I ordered 8 sets for $375.92, which was what the listing advertised. I received 8 vases, I was expecting 96. When I called customer service, the lady was very nice, but told me that since I had placed my order, the listing had been changed and was incorrect at the time of my order. I have multiple pictures of the listing which I took because I was submitting them to a committee before placing the order. The Wayfair customer service was trying be of assistance but did not seem confident that she could rectify the problem. Meanwhile, I was expecting to pay $375.92 for 96 vases ($3.92 per vase) instead I have paid $375.92 for 8 vases ($46.99 per vase). The plan it seems was to see if I would notice I guess? Now I am waiting to see if whatever work around from the Wayfair team will work or not. I have heard nothing for 5 days, no credit, no calls, no emails, nothing - just silence. Not a good experience. I would hope that Wayfair would stand behind the listing and send the remaining 88 vases for the price I paid. If the company had discovered they made a mistake on their listing, then why ship the product? Why wouldn't you call the customer and explain before sending and incorrect quantity? Needless to say, it has been an unsatisfactory experience yet to be resolved.. Adam. Warr Acres, OK. Wed Feb 12 2025
