Love having the extra slots and tray drop for cleaning.

Received this in perfect condition. I have used it twice and it toasts exactly according to settings ! Only negative is that there is no crumb tray to catch the crumbs - you must turn the toaster upside down to release crumbs. Otherwise it is a good purchase!

This is a big toaster and exactly what what we needed. It's very wide and will fit our sourdough sliced bread! Well packaged and arrived very quickly!
