These look more like navy stripe than black stripe, but it wasn't worth returning. Hopefully can use them for something.

These are horrible. They’re like a small, spirit flag material. They feel like the cheap table clothes you find at your local party store. Absolutely the worst. Cheap material. Cheaply made. Won’t work as a napkin.
