This set has every tool you need to make homemade bread. The fabric covers are a step above just using kitchen towels when proofing dough, as they fit perfectly over the proofing baskets. The set also comes with extra blades when you want to score your dough. The proofing baskets can go right in the oven and clean up beautifully when done. I also love that the sourdough starter jar has a removable band that you can adjust based on temperature, day and time. Highly recommend this set.

This is such a great set to begin your sourdough journey! Between the extra spatulas, the starter jar with no lip, and the incredible dough whisk you really dont need anything else. I like that there is a thermometer on the side of the feeder jar so I have the ability to monitor how my starter is rising. The bench scraper, ball scraper and resting baskets really complete this kit making it everything you need to get started in sourdough. The only additional thing you need is to learn how to do an open bake. Would highly recommend this kit to anybody looking to get started on their journey!

I’m so excited about this sourdough starter kit. This has everything you need to make homemade sourdough. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the kit. The starter cup is glass and nice quality. Everything was packaged wonderfully. Very nice.

This set has really upped my sourdough bread making game. Before I had no special tools only using a bowl, spatula, mason jarcheesecloth and knife to prep my sourdough bread and starter. After using this set I really didn’t realize what I was missing out on. Even using the jar for the starter with the feeding tracker is so helpful! Using the lame is also makes much nicer cuts then just a knife. This is set really helps a ton in making sourdough and I would recommend.
