I finally used these skillets. They not only look good, but I am also impressed with quality and cook ability of them. They are very lightweight which was a little concerning to me when they arrived, but since then, they have proven themselves to me and I am very happy. The key to cooking properly with these is to cook using a very low heat. Also, try not using oil or butter at all. The food slips right off the surface of these pans very easily. If you need to use butter or oil, use very little and make sure the pan is very hot. Test it with a couple drops of water and if the water sizzles, the pan is ready. I have read reviews that say the non stick feature doesn't work after a couple of uses. However, I haven't had this experience. After use, I let the pan cool down completely, then hand wash them with a non metal scrubbing pad and mild detergent. I also do not use metal utensils. Believe it or not, these are pretty easy to maintain.

I’ve had these a few years. They still wash up very easily and they are non-stick.

Amazingly low, low quality. What a piece of garbage these are.

I really like this set. Easy clean up but perhaps not as nonstick as intended.
