Timeless Coravin Model Six Wine Preserver and Opener Bundle

Got this for my wife for Christmas. She loved it and uses it all the time. Great price.

Broke after a couple of uses, however wayfair replaced it.

The Coravin Model 6 Wine Preservation system is wonderful! It’s very easy to use, especially for those of us who aren’t so tech savvy. I’ve tried so many different wine preservation products in the past and none work as well as this! It’s so nice to know that no matter if I’m pouring a single glass or multiples, I can come back to the bottle days or weeks later and it will still taste just a great as the first pour!

This is so cool, im so happy I finally got it. I used to work at a fancy winery where we sold and used these a lot. It is a must have to all home bars. I hate to open a whole bottle and not be able to finish it, so this is perfect for just having one glass.

I’ve been wanting to order one of these for years so excited it finally arrived. It came nicely packed in a box with separate carrier. I’ve heard a lot of great things about this item and can’t wait to use it. It’s everything I was hoping it would be.

The concept of this is incredible, however for me it probably was a mistake. First, it is sleek and modern. The storage case was nice but unfortunately doesn't fit all the components ( at least with the 6+ version). It would be nice if it could all be stored together. Second, the directions for use aren't that clear. I wasted a whole cartridge before actually seeking out an online video. Now I understand how to use it! Third, the pour is slow and somewhat cumbersome. To be positive, it is a great idea to be used on special bottles. As the cartridges only last for about 15 pours and are quite expensive I won't be utilizing this as much as I had hoped. Still, a great buy for a serious wine connoisseur!

This is absolutely stunning and came with a heavy duty case. It is not cheaply made and is something I would most definitely recommend. You can tell a difference when using it versus not using it. I think it's a must have!

I love the Coravin system. I had one of their basic models for a couple of years before this one. This is a much nicer version- the burgundy finish looks great and it seems a better fit and finish overall. One note if you have used one of their cheaper models- this does have a tab to release the slide (keeps it from sliding and exposing the needle). Took me a second to figure out why I could insert the needle. The package included is nice with the carrying case which holds the extra cartridges. (Also includes the screw on adapters in case you prefer some wines that do not have corks). Super easy to use- just slide the Coravin over the bottle, press down on it to slide the needle through the cork, press the lever to release the gas and pour. It is perfect if you are like me and enjoy wine, but drink it a glass or two at a time, and switch up what you’re drinking a lot. I haven’t thrown out a bottle in over a year, because the Coravin system keeps the wine from spoiling. Well worth it.

This tool is amazing! I saw it at a winery in Napa Valley where they were using it to give tastes of their rare wines. Such an ingenious idea to be able to pour from a bottle of wine without removing the cork. I was a little intimated at first since it’s quite the contraption but once I read the directions and tried it, the use of the Coravin is really quite simple! I like that it has options for bottles with corks but also screw tops. It also comes with an aerator. My only (very minor) complaint is that the wine pours somewhat slowly through the spout but I think that’s just because the needle that pierces the cork has to be so small. Overall, an expensive tool but absolutely amazing if you just want to have a glass or two from a really nice bottle of wine and save the rest for a later date!

Only have used it twice but it was nice to be able to check on the progress of 2 old bottles in our wine cellar to see if they were ready to be served. One ticked all the boxes!
