It arrived fast and is really nice! Looks great in my kitchen!

it has a defect in the coloring, it looks like an oil mark, so either the butter got under the sealed surface or it has a defective paint job. Not the easiest butter dish to use, I feel like I'm going to drop the top, weird knob.

Lovely design and good color. Glaze had a brush stroke effect I didn’t expect. Not sure if it is intended that way or not. Looks fine, just expected a different finish.

I was disappointed because you can’t fit a brick of butter. I have to cut the butter into awkward pieces to try and fit it in. Looking for a dish that I can just unwrap the brick and plop it down without the lid getting all greasy. Tsk tsk...

This is a great butter dish but I am only giving it three stars because I was expecting it to be white as is shown in the pictures. That would have matched my dishset. In fact, it is a warm beige. I think that when you pay $60 for a butter dish, you should have an accurate representation of what colour it is...
