I have only had my new cuckoo rice cooker for a week or so but already love that it takes up less space than other cuckoo rice cookers and looks great on my counter top! I have made rice carrots so far and both have come out perfect! The pot is a breeze to clean and has stay cool handles so you can lift it without feeling the heat! So far so good!

At first I was hesitant about purchasing a rice cooker for premium dollar. But I remembered. You get what you pay for and in this case. It stands to be true. My dish consisted of Jasmine rice Mixed veggies Sausage no homo Oyster sauce Soy sauce Light soy sauce 2 eggs Everyone loved it. The intro caught me off guard because of the Korean language lol

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My rice cooker was broken (probably my fault) and while we had to wait for the new one (same model: CHSS1009F) to arrive we had to use the old one. While it was good considering it's like 15 yrs old and still working, I could not wait. And oh boy! Cuckoo I don't know how you do it, but you do it! The rice is delicious!!! Can't believe it's the same rice I used. Now I know the difference, I don't think I could ever go back. You're worth every penny.

I received the rice cooker as a wedding gift and I have been using it for near-daily rice cooking and occasional pressure-cooked dishes. There are a lot of buttons, which means a lot of features, but really easy to use. Always make tasting rice and it is large enough for my family of 4. Auto-cleaning (or self-sanitizing is nice and if you prefer to do it yourself, you can easily take it apart for deep cleaning.
