I haven't used these trays yet. But on first washing, I appreciated their smooth, non-stick surface. Now I can get rid of those I had with decades of burned-on grease and other sticky messes.

A very heavy duty kitchen baking sheet. The handles are comfortable, but it is so heavy that I had to give it to my daughter because I could not lift it.
