Not the best. I used it occasionally for pancakes and roti, but the non-stick coating wore off pretty quickly. I’ve already had to throw one out and plan to replace it with carbon steel pans for better durability.

Handle is a bit long, harder to balance the pan. Pan arrived with several "skid marks" in the coating, thus far has not affected the cooking. Not sure if this is a long term/durable/quality pan.
