[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used these mugs for many years. Gives me great pleasure sipping my morning coffee. I recently tried to buy some replacements from your outlet shop in Cheshire Oaks but felt the rims were thicker than I would have expected- just thought it was because it was outlet goods. So I ordered direct, only to find that the standard is similar. A bit disappointed

These are not optical white as they appear to be on screen, though still good enough to keep.

It's a cup!
