[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a private chef. This little pan is great. It has a good heat index. Even distribution of heat. The only thing I would change is making it bigger and have a heat resistant handle, and if it came with a top. Very grateful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is great. I do wish is it was lighter and there was an insulated handle but it’s great in terms of cooking food. Plus so much healthier and nontoxic than something that is nonstick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was super excited to get this pan for free just for my review. I LOVE cooking. I decided to use it today to make a creamy chicken soup. I made sure to boil water and oil it before first use. Make sure not to skip that step! Only took maybe 10 minutes total. I made the soup and it had a cream base. I was wondering how it would come off after cooking. I’ve attached pictures of the soup, after rinsing in hot water, then after hand washing. It did not stick. However, due to my hard water at my home there is a white residue on the pan but that is not the pans fault but if you have hard water, watch out for that. The only drawback I have is that this pan didn’t come with a lid. I have many lids which would work and did not need one for this recipe. Overall I’m super excited about it and glad to have another pan to use especially with the holidays coming up.

This pan will definitely be around for a while. It also measurements on the inside of the pan with I found unique and helpful. I definitely recommend this brand.

I used this pan the first day I got it and now getting rid of the old one. Really love it and want to get a larger pot now
