I was very excited to receive and try this pan. It looks beautiful and feels very nice. However, everything I used it for seemed to stick to the pan which created a mess of the pan and my meal.

I recently received the Fissler Original-Profi Collection® 2022 Stainless Steel Fry Pan 9.5" for free to review. First off, there were some really nice things about the Fissler Fry Pan such as the weight of the pan, the ability to transition directly from stove top to the oven in the same pan, it being dishwasher safe, and the measuring lines on the inside of the pan. However, actually using it didn't live up to my expectations. I used this pan twice for pan frying salmon with olive oil. I have done this in my other pans with no problem or sticking. The first time I used the pan things went mostly to plan with minor sticking to the skinned side of the fish but I beautiful crisping. After I washed it in the dishwasher, as advertised, the coating partially appeared to have come off. The second time I cooked my salmon in the frypan the skinless side of the fish stuck much more to the pan. I never have this issue with my other fry pans, so I was greatly disappointed. I am currently looking to buy a new set of pots and pans that are able to be used stovetop and oven but sadly the Fissler brand will not be the ones I choose. I looked up the price of this pan and at over $100, it's not worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Stainless Steel 8-piece set from Fissler is a very extravagant set. This set is so strong and sturdy but non stick as well. They held up to even the toughest meals. Different sizes for a variety of different meal types. From soups to side dishes this set with make even the biggest meal challenge seem easy. The design and placement of the handles make it so easy to just grab and go.

I like to pan-fry when cooking because it is an effective way to add rich flavor, as well as retain the food's moisture and tenderness. Since it is one of my preferred cooking methods I am quite picky when buying cookware. This Fissler stainless steel frying pan is by far one of the best pieces of cookware I have ever used. It is of quality weight, and very durable; you can tell it will maintain it's quality for years to come. This frying pan also offers superb heat distribution for the best culinary outcomes. The looks of this cookware are traditional, versatile, and timeless. In summary, this is high quality, chef-style cookware that looks great!

But after using them i can say that this is great investment if you are a cooking lover like me. These pans and pots are made with a great quality steel and this steel is recycled. These are little heavy than other cookwares so you will have to be little careful while lifting or pouring something. These can be used on any kind of stove and it also works on induction stoves. I loved that these are dishwasher safe and can be cleaned easily with hands too. These also help to cut the cost of using of electricity because the base of these pans keep the food hot for a long time and usually you don’t have to reheat it. The uncoated one is my favorite one as it is really helpful to cook meatballs, cutlets and for cooking chicken. I have not experienced any issue regarding food burning or sticking on bottom. These cooking dishes can also be used in oven for upto 450 F which is great for cooking baked goods. These are also easy to store as you can stack them easily. Overall this is worth buying for your home.
