The best pan I ever had even better fissler first series

Perfectly fit my expectation

I bought this pan along with the 8-piece "Original-Profi" collection a couple of months ago.  I couldn't be happier.  All the pots and pans work really well on my new induction stove.  They heat evenly and quickly. I love that the handles don''t get hot on the stove.  No need to hunt for your pot-holders RIGHT when you need to take the pot off the stove.  I noticed a bit of discoloration after cooking some things but nothing that a bit of Barkeeper's Friend couldn't fix.  Definitely recommend.

This pan is made of very good material, out of shiny stanless steal. I have used this kind of kitchenware for about 20 years, but fissler gave me totally new experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is BEAUTIFUL. But the actual cooking space on the bottom isn't that roomy. It did heat evenly and held heat really well. But cleanup wasn't as easy as I would have liked. Anywhere food stuck has a weird rainbow film now, no matter how much I scrub it. I'll still use it, maybe for taco filling or just searing steaks. I made a Moroccan dish in it the first time.

I like how my food and sauces did not stick on the pan and the clean up was very fast and easy. One thing that would make this pan even better is if it came with a lid. It would be easier to make rice with it. But other than that this is a sturdy pan that I am sure will last me a long time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice size that work for many different dishes, heats well and evenly, convenient handles, nice weight and sturdy, easy to clean. Nicely came with a care instruction booklet. Not a minus, but it would be perfect if it comes with a lid.

Very easy cleaning and maintenance for this pan , did come with some great care tips to keep this pan working wonderfully. Did love how it cooked my meats , just did not like it cooking my bacon . Would recommend this brand to anyone looking for stainless steel pots and pans !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this pan used it to cook meatballs and sauce and it was great , it didn’t stick to it clean up was easy. It’s also a good size, and you can place it right in the oven to good stuff like steak.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You have to wait til your pan is completely hot before throwing anything into it. We seared steaks in it the very first time we used it and they turned out amazing. The pan is a great addition to our kitchen tools.
