The bowl would have been exactly what I wanted except that it is stated as 28 ounces (I want a big bowl for Ramen) but it seemed small on arrival so I tested it with measured water and it overflowed at 21 ounces. It is being returned. If the stated size is not important to you, it is a very nice bowl.
