It is a very low quality. I really needed this item as this is my first day after moving to a new city, but it can't stand even medium heat. Smokes started from its bottom when I tried to fry a patty, even though I put the heat right on the medium throughout. It is not a "cook"-ware at all.

Very disappointed Only after 1st use the nonstick coat removed, it’s very harmful as the coating removes while cooking and get mixed up with food. I really wanted to throw this away and very unhappy for the quality. I appreciate your response and take responsibility for poor quality.
