Christmas Tree Three Tired Server Stand

This is charming and lovely...however, my order arrived with the bottom tray broken. Wayfair kindly sent a replacement, but it also arrived with a broken bottom tray. Did anyone receive one with a broken 1st or 2nd tier, perhaps we could trade trays? Wayfair said they cannot send a 3rd because they are out of stock. I purchased this to be a gift. Devastated it isn't usable.

I would have liked it if it would not have arrived broken. The way the trays the wrapped, it was no surprise that one of them was broken. Very disappointed.

Both deliveries were busted. Loved the look, but had to superglue after 2nd one delivered was busted.

I like the 3 layered dishes and the simplicity in moving it from one spot to another. It’s also attractive to look at. The dish size is small, all three of them. Bigger would have been better. My biggest complaint is it’s not level and the set wiggles on the table.

Super cute but plates do not sit flat. Very disappointing, debating returning.

Cute tree stand for treats for Christmas. I love that I can use the trays year round if I want to.

Disappointed in this order which is somewhat atypical for my Wayfiar. The plates do not fit properly in the wire racks. The bottom rack then snapped at the corner. Luckily was able to hot glue it back together enough to at least allow it to set on the counter for decoration. I wasn’t even able to use for fear that the entire thing would collapse. Poor quality all the way around!

While the design of this was cool, first time it arrived the plates were all broken and smashed. I requested a replacement, which took months and months, and eventually I just tired of waiting and emailing back and forth. I still don't have the bottom plate. Not worth the hassle on this one.
