Gourmia 28 3-in-1 Indoor Grill & Griddle with Dual 200–450°F Zones & Reversible Ceramic Plates

The 3 in 1 griddle is a useful combination of ridged grilling and flat frying plates. The double sided plates mix and match allowing me to can cook any combination I want, and also the dual temperature settings allow for even more freedom. The reversible plates are non-stick and made clean-up quick and painless! The griddle took very little time to heat up, maintained a constant temperature, and even was consistent with my infrared thermometer (pictured below). While making brunch, I was able to utilize the dual sided function and my salmon and eggs were a breeze! Also, the griddle doesn’t require both sides to be turned on. I can use just one of the sides if I’m not in the mood to cook with both. Lastly, the drip tray is incredibly useful and well placed. It’s not so big that you lose food, but not too small either! I’d say it’s just right.

I bought the Gourmia 28" 3-in-1 Indoor Grill & Griddle a few days ago, and I’m really glad I did. It’s been super handy so far! The reversible plates make it easy to switch between grilling and griddling depending on what I’m cooking. What I love most is the dual temperature zones which I was able to cook a steak on one side while making eggs on the other at a lower heat, and both turned out great. It heats up fast and cooks evenly, which is a huge plus. Cleanup has been a breeze. The ceramic nonstick plates really work and nothing sticks, and they go right in the dishwasher. The drip tray pulls out easily, and the small design makes it simple to store when I’m done. It’s the perfect size for any meal without taking over my whole counter. Overall, I’m super happy with this grill/griddle combo so far. It’s made cooking at home quicker, easier, and a lot more fun!
