This was delivered to the wrong address even after exhaustive efforts on my part to have the item sent to Miami. Customer service was really bad at their jobs. Even the supervisor. No one on your side or fedex helped and boom the item was taken to the wrong place. A lot talk to your shipper. Talk to the delivery. But nothing to help. Very dissatisfied
