If you need a great pan this is the one. I've been cooking with these now for over a month and they work great, no sticking and they have not warped from the heat. My old ones were horrible and I searched for along time to find a better one. This is it.

I purchased 2 of these in Walnut and black matte back trim. 2 of the black matte panels were missing and in place of them was walnut. When I spoke with customer service they wanted us to disassemble (3+ hours) and send back to them and they would replace!!!! Very low IQ customer service department. Replace them with AI. Never compensate me.

I love love LOVE these pans! We’ve had them for a while now and they have withstood metal utensils, burnt food and dogs without harm! (We have a lot of counter-surfing, food-stealing dogs lol)
