If there was a choice for no star at all, I would choose that one. This item is not working at all. I don’t know if it’s technical problem or whatever it is. I bought this item. Yesterday was the first time I’ve been using it not working at all, not turning on no matter what I don’t know what’s wrong with it I try to plug it in every socket in my kitchen outside my kitchen, but wouldn’t turn on. I hurt my hand with it too, and I would love to return.
