Accessoire de machine à pâtes

I ordered this item at $45.99 along with Kitchen Aid 3 piece pasta roller and cutter set at $184.99... next day I see the pasta maker accessory on line at $29.99. I called Customer Service, spoke to Mike who put me on to Darcy and she advised that someone would get back to me regarding a price adjustment... that was over two weeks ago... when can I hope to hear from anyone regarding this?
