Love that this is a Canadian brand, but the quality of the finish is as bad as Lodge. One more step to machine these to a perfectly smooth surface would make them exceptional. Happy to pay more for a better quality option. Canada can and should make the best products in the world.

I am reading more and more how we should do away with non stick pans due to the forever chemicals - and to use either cast iron or stainless steel. I bought this because it is made in Canada, good size for two people and has the 2 handles for easy lifting. This one is perfect! it comes already seasoned, I followed the directions for cleaning and I am so happy with it! cooks evenly, maintains heat throughout the cooking process, and you can even go from stove top to oven if you have to broil! I recommend this!!

As described, good quality, will last a verylong time.. Perfect for pie
