It’s a lot of pieces and needs at least 2 people! Still feels a little wobbly

Currently communicating with company. I love the cabinet. The only problem was the tool they gave to connecting the upper cabinets to the bottom was incorrect and wont work. So, at this point, they are just laying on top with no secure connection. I am not going to return as I am not going to un assemble it all. I have already discarded a box and packaging. Was gonna get another one for another room m in a different color, but now I am not going to have this situation again. Seems like if they just sent the proper connection piece or a partial refund, beware. It does look very nice and fits the space well. A personal phone call and not a automatic email thru Ai would be appreciated to talk to a human to resolve issue, otherwise I feel like I put in alot of time and money to not wind up with a finished product.
